At the Beijing Research Institute of an artificial intelligence company, the reporter met Xu Zihang, an international student who had just been recruited this year. He majored in computer science during his time at the university, and now the main content of his work is to use artificial intelligence programming to conduct semantic analysis of people's natural language.
Xu Zihang told reporters that because there is a certain technical threshold in this field, graduates of majors like them can still get a lot of employment opportunities. This has also made many people start to choose fast-growing industries such as artificial intelligence; and the Internet industry that was previously favored by everyone has reduced the popularity of attention.
Fresh graduate Xu Zihang: 80% of the previous graduates of my master's school may prefer to go to the Internet factory, but this year may only be 30% or 40%.
The reporter learned from the industry that the current demand for talents in the artificial intelligence industry continues to grow, and in recent years, the annual growth rate of school recruitment can generally reach about 20% to 30%, of which the demand for R & D technology posts accounts for most of them above 50%.
In addition, in industries such as autonomous driving and new energy vehicles, the demand for talents is also growing. Yang Mengchao, a fresh graduate of Beijing Institute of Technology majoring in vehicle engineering, found a job related to intelligent driving.

A few years ago, many of the companies that my brothers and sisters mainly went to were traditional car companies, and with the hot direction of intelligent driving of automobiles and the vigorous development of new energy vehicles, the units we delivered were more diversified.
According to industry agency data, this year, driven by big data, energy and environmental protection industries, the signing rate of science graduates has increased by 11 percentage points compared with last year.
