Speaking of the Xi'an Incident, the first thing that comes to mind is naturally the two generals Zhang Xueliang and Yang Hucheng, who are indeed the initiators of the Xi'an Incident and have definitely made great contributions to our Chinese nation.
Unfortunately, the later ending was that Zhang Xueliang was imprisoned by Chiang Kai-shek for half a lifetime, and Yang Hucheng was not so lucky, after the Xi'an Incident, Yang Hucheng was forced to go abroad, and then there was a War of Resistance Against Japan in China, Yang Hucheng repeatedly called Chiang Kai-shek hoping to return to China to resist Japan, but he could not get consent.
It was in this way that Yang Hucheng decided to return to China alone and began to prepare to participate in the anti-Japanese work, and not long after, Chiang Kai-shek ordered Yang Hucheng to be imprisoned, and Yang Hucheng's family and secretary's family were also arrested, and Yang Hucheng was imprisoned for the next 12 years.
Just before the liberation of Chongqing, Chiang Kai-shek suddenly instructed Mao Renfeng to shoot Yang Hucheng and his party, and the result was that at the Dai Gong Ancestral Hall in Chongqing, the secretary Song Qiyun and his wife Xu Linxia, as well as the "little radish head" Song Zhenzhong, a total of 8 people were killed, and the treatment method was extremely cruel.
Fortunately, after Yang Hucheng and his family were killed, he still had several children alive in the world, one of whom was today's protagonist, she was Yang Hucheng's second daughter, Comrade Yang Zhengmei.
Yang Zhengmei was born in 1932, indeed when she was a child, she also encountered too many twists and turns, not long after her father was arrested by Chiang Kai-shek because of the Xi'an Incident, and even her mother and brother were arrested, so Yang Zhengmei's family was naturally afraid that Yang Hucheng's other children would also be arrested, so in the days that followed, Yang Zhengmei's grandmother took these children and fled to Chengdu, Santai County and other places.
And Yang Zhengmei began to yearn for the revolution, but also because she experienced the baptism of war, and at the same time, under the education of her relatives, she began to decide to participate in the revolution, and in 1948, Yang Zhengmei joined the Communist Youth League.
For the next period of time, Yang Zhengmei was engaged in the work of my underground party, and in 1950 Yang Zhengmei officially became a member of the Communist Party of China.
In the following time, Yang Zhengmei was also admitted to the Department of Industrial Economics of Chinese University, because she knew that the current new China needed more construction talents, so she had to work hard to learn cultural knowledge, only in this way could she contribute her part to the motherland.
After graduating from Chinese University, Yang Zhengmei chose to go to the most difficult Gansu region, which was extremely bitter at that time, and there was a large shortage of talents, but Yang Zhengmei felt that where it was difficult, she should go where she should go, as a Communist Party member, she should not be afraid of hardship, but should work hard to struggle.
Later, Yang Zhengmei held many important positions, such as the director and deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Light Textile Department, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and a member of the Standing Committee of the Seventh Gansu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, on January 6, 2018, Comrade Yang Zhengmei died in Xi'an at the age of 86.
And Yang Zhengmei's brother Yang Zhengmin, that is, the eldest son of General Yang Hucheng, he is also very outstanding, he is the first generation of heroes of our new Chinese petroleum industry, once served as deputy director of the Northwest Petroleum Administration, vice governor of Shaanxi Province, secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial CPC Committee, deputy director of the Building Materials Industry Department, deputy secretary of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, etc.
On October 23, 1998, Comrade Yang Zhengmin died of illness at the age of 76.
