Without further ado, Premier Zhou learned of the mission and immediately set off for Xi'an with a Chinese delegation, but the plane that was supposed to land in Yan'an changed course halfway because of the terrain in Yan'an.

On the 16th, Premier Zhou and the CPC delegation, who had not waited for the plane, rode to the location where the Northeast Army was stationed, and when they arrived at Du Fuchuan, Premier Zhou found the plane sent by Zhang Xueliang, so the group circled back to The Fuchi Airport, but unexpected things happened.
