Wang Chunfa suggested that the functional positioning, mission and responsibility of different types of museums should be incorporated into the legal framework, the ownership, management and use rights of cultural relics should be separated, the integration of museum resources should be strengthened, and the problems of unbalanced development of museums, unclear ownership of collections, poor inter-library communication, and difficulty in the revitalization of cultural relics should be effectively guaranteed, so as to effectively ensure the high-quality development of the museum industry.
