Reason for the recall
The riveting process of the internal connecting rod of the middle row seat rail mechanism of the vehicle within the scope of this recall is inappropriate, and the seat may move forward due to the inability to lock the seat rail during the vehicle, which will increase the risk of injury to the middle row passengers in extreme cases, and there is a safety hazard.

Recall of some imported GLE SUV vehicles
Mercedes-Benz (China) Automotive Sales Co., Ltd. has decided to recall a total of 639 GLE SUV vehicles with production dates from February 17, 2020 to December 19, 2020, effective February 11, 2022.
The fixing clips of the vehicle fuel tank pressure sensors covered by this recall do not meet the requirements for corrosion resistance. After the long-term use of the vehicle, the fixing clip may weaken the fixing force due to corrosion, resulting in the fuel tank pressure sensor may be loosened due to vibration during the driving process of the vehicle, and in extreme cases, the sealing of the fuel tank may be affected, which in turn will not meet the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations on the sealing of the motor vehicle fuel system, and there are safety hazards and unreasonable emission risks.

Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. has decided to recall some of Dongfeng Fengshen's new Mach 7 versions of the vehicles produced between August 16, 2021 and October 10, 2021, starting from January 14, 2022, for a total of 1,257 vehicles.
Vehicles within the scope of this recall are defined according to the vehicle design, and under specific working conditions, the vehicle should have the function of automatic return to P gear, that is, when the speed is 0, non-P gear, the driver unfastens the seat belt and opens the main driving door, the TCU (automatic transmission control unit) will control the transmission to jump back to P gear, and the electronic shifter should automatically jump back to P gear with the TCU to make the vehicle enter the state of P gear parking. Now due to the electronic shifter software strategy problem, in extreme cases, the electronic shifter does not follow the TCU to automatically jump back to the P gear, causing the vehicle to continue to drive automatically according to the original gear; if the driver is out of the car and closes the door from the outside of the car, it will cause the dangerous situation that there is no one in the car and the vehicle automatically drives in the out-of-control state, and there is a safety hazard.

Recall some imported CMX1100AM/DM motorcycles
Honda Giken Industries (China) Investment Co., Ltd. has decided to recall a total of 295 imported 2021 CMX1100AM/DM motorcycles manufactured between July 6, 2021 and August 6, 2021, effective January 15, 2022.
The vehicles within the scope of this recall have exceeded the specified upper limit due to improper management of the manufacturing mold of the engine radiator cover due to improper management of the engine radiator cover. As a result, the seal of the radiator cover when installed to the neck of the coolant filling port is insufficient, and the high temperature coolant may flow out of the radiator cover or spray out, causing the driver to burn, and there is a safety hazard.
Honda Giken Industries (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will check the manufacturing batch number of the radiator cover for the vehicles within the scope of the recall, and if the batch number falls within the scope of the recall, the qualified radiator cover will be replaced free of charge to eliminate the safety hazard.

According to the Regulations on the Administration of Recall of Defective Automobile Products, our recall refers to the activities of automobile product producers to eliminate defects in the automotive products they have sold.
How is a "defect" defined?
"Defects" as used in these Regulations refers to situations that are common in the same batch, model or category of automobile products due to design, manufacture, labeling and other reasons that do not conform to the national standards and industry standards for protecting the safety of persons and property, or other unreasonable dangers that endanger the safety of persons and property.
What should producers and operators who sell, lease or repair automotive products (hereinafter collectively referred to as operators) do if they find defective products?
According to the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of the Recall of Defective Automobile Products, the producer of automobile products (hereinafter referred to as the producer) is the subject of the recall of defective automobile products. If there is a defect in the automobile product, the producer shall implement the recall in accordance with these Measures.
Producers implementing a recall shall formulate a recall plan in accordance with the provisions of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and file a record with the State Administration for Market Regulation within 5 working days from the date of confirming the defects of the automobile products or within 5 working days from the date of being ordered to recall; at the same time, notify the operators in an effective manner.
Where proprietors learn of defects in automobile products, they shall immediately stop selling, leasing or using defective automobile products, and assist the producers in carrying out recalls.
Producers and operators shall not sell or deliver for use automobile products that have not eliminated defects.
