After the outbreak of the uprising, the boy and the girl were together in charge of a small warehouse of the rebel army and were responsible for the distribution of supplies in normal times.

But that day never came: in early October 1944, the uprising finally failed! The Nazis began searching the streets for the "remnants" of the rebels.

Just like that, the boy walked out alone. However, the girl waited alone for another day, but never saw the boy return! The girl began to mutter: He must have escaped alone, regardless of himself.
The next day, the girl finally saw through the gap in the wall that there were pedestrians on the street who were laughing. She remembered the last thing the boy had said to her: Leave as soon as you see pedestrians on the street, don't stay in the warehouse, and don't look around when you walk, try to slow down your pace.
