During the morning rush hour on January 13, netizens in many places posted that China Telecom's communication itinerary code could not be displayed, resulting in the inability to enter some places. Screenshots of a number of Shanghai China Telecom users show that when the communication big data itinerary card query is queried, the "data query abnormality" is displayed. Unicom and mobile users are not affected.
