Kung Pao Chicken Cubes

Chicken breast 1 piece cucumber 1 cucumber 1 carrot 1/2 onion appropriate amount of ginger 2 spoons of corn starch 4 cloves of dried pepper a little cooked peanut rice appropriate amount of cooking wine 2 spoons of salt a little pepper a little oil appropriate amount of sugar 2 spoons of light soy sauce 2 spoons of aged vinegar 1 spoon
1. Wash the chicken breast and cut into cubes.
2. Add the shallot and ginger water, cooking wine, a little salt, pepper and stir well.
3. Add two scoops of cornstarch and stir well.
4. Bring a spoonful of cooking oil, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.
5. Prepare the shallots, ginger and garlic grains, dried chili pepper segments.
6. Wash and dice cucumbers and carrots.
7. Mix a kung pao juice: 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of aged vinegar, 2 tablespoons of water starch, stir well.
