Shandong actively promotes hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and has demonstrated the operation of 848 vehicles.

In terms of vehicle promotion, Shandong has actively carried out fuel cell vehicle demonstration operations, and has promoted 848 fuel cell vehicles, covering a variety of models such as buses, slag, cold chain logistics and port collection cards, and opened more than 30 fuel cell bus lines, with a total demonstration mileage of more than 15 million kilometers.

Among them, Weifang put into operation 150 fuel cell vehicles and built 4 hydrogen refueling stations; Qingdao promoted more than 360 fuel cell vehicles and built 4 hydrogen refueling stations, forming a reasonable station coordination layout. Successfully developed the first fuel cell intelligent snow wax vehicle with completely independent intellectual property rights in China, providing scientific and technological support for the Beijing Winter Olympics.

According to the demonstration project plan, the first directional project currently launched, within a 4-year project cycle, will demonstrate the operation of 3,000 or more fuel cell vehicles.
