According to relevant news, the decline in Mercedes-Benz's sales in 2021 is mainly related to the global semiconductor shortage.

However, although sales have declined, Mercedes-Benz has also had bright spots last year, such as the delivery of 87,064 units of the new S-Class, an increase of 40%, and the Chinese market contributed 35.5% of sales; Maybach sales increased by 50% to 15,730 units, and the Chinese market demand was strong, entering 10,800 units;

Mercedes-Benz G-Class sold 41,174 units, a record delivery record, and also set a new record for the AMG brand, which last year's cumulative sales of 145979 units, an increase of 16.7%.

In 2022, Mercedes-Benz will launch 21 new products in the Chinese market, including 8 plug-in and pure electric models.
