On August 16 last year before committing suicide, in a chat conversation with her friend Zhao Li (pseudonym), Kong Lingyu revealed the idea of taking her own life, saying that she could not bear the insults of her boyfriend Wu Xing (pseudonym), "Then I will die directly" and "I have never been scolded like this by others."
Zhao Li told the upstream news (newspaper mailbox: [email protected]) reporter that it was her boyfriend Wu Xing who scolded Kong Lingyu, but the reason for the dispute between the two was not clear to her. Wu Xing explained that the two broke up after an argument that morning. After that, Kong Lingyu stayed in the hotel until he committed suicide.
Before Kong Lingyu committed suicide, her father Kong Xiangkui knew very little about her relationship. After his daughter committed suicide, he felt uncomfortable seeing that Wu Xing soon posted a singing video on Douyin, and then when sorting out the relics, he found the chat records of his daughter and others before he died and several transfers to Wu Xing, and he began to suspect that Wu Xing was purposefully approaching his daughter, "I analyzed it, this is fraud." ”
Kong Xiangkui said that after his daughter's death, he reported the crime of fraud, but the police refused to accept it on the grounds that there was insufficient evidence. "I was so miserable"
Kong Xiangkui told reporters that his daughter met Wu Xing last year through the owner Wu Erchun at a used car shop in Taiyuan, and he said that Wu Erchun helped conceal the fact that Wu Xing was married. Wu Erchun denied this. Wu Erchun explained that around April last year, Kong Lingyu wanted to sell land Rovers, and only then did she meet Wu Xing, who also did the second-hand car business, and he had no intention of introducing him.
Kong Lingyu's sister Mei Mei said that the two initially chatted online, and on May 3 last year, Kong Lingyu and Wu Xing established a relationship after meeting in Linfen. He learned from her daughter's mobile phone recording after her daughter's accident that Wu Xing was indeed not divorced.
Mei Mei said that Kong Lingyu had abortion surgery on June 30 last year and has been living in Wu Xing's house ever since, "Wu Xing has been coaxing him to divorce him immediately." For the above accusations of the Kong family, Wu Xing admitted in an interview with reporters that he was married and had children, but he and his wife had been separated for many years. Transfer history and Land Rover
According to Kong Xiangkui's recollection, on August 17 last year, when her daughter was rescued in the hospital, Wu Xing was also at the scene. Until 10 o'clock in the morning, his daughter was pronounced dead, and he did not suspect the other party. On the same day, when they transported their daughter's body back to their hometown, Wu Xing was not accompanied, which made him suspicious, "After the accident, I felt that they were not normal, my daughter's body was pulled to the Hongdong People's Hospital, and as a result, Wu Xing did not follow him, and a good person had an accident, and it was not normal to send him back, so I began to suspect him." Kong Xiangkui said.
According to him, when he was in the hospital, Wu Xing offered to find a friend to go to the hotel to clean up Kong Lingyu's relics, and then when the Kong family sorted out the relics, they found that several credit cards and wallets disappeared, and the chat records and photos related to Wu Xing in her daughter's mobile phone were deleted. To this end, Wu Xing explained that on the morning of Kong Lingyu's suicide, he had deleted all of him and blocked him, and he did not hide the relics and delete the contents of the mobile phone.

Kong Xiangkui saw in the transfer records of his daughter's mobile phone that Kong Lingyu transferred a total of 168,350 yuan to Wu Xing before and after, and resold the Land Rover before her death. Thinking back to July, his daughter once called home and said that she wanted to raise 1 million yuan to buy Wu Xing's second-hand car dealership, and wanted to help Wu Xing sell the house in Hongdong County, he felt that these could be Wu Xing instructed his daughter to do so.
Mei Mei told reporters, "Countless times my sister mentioned to me about him, it was his lack of money, from paying employees to divorce his wife to compensation, and even taking my sister to Tibet." Finally, my sister told me that he said he had no money and used my sister's money to go. Mei Mei said that after her sister's death, Wu Xing did not take the initiative to mention the transfer and sale of cars.
In this regard, Wu Xing said in an interview that Kong Lingyu's transfers to him are all two people doing business together, "When we need to collect the car, everyone buys a car and sells it together, this is very normal, and I don't have to deceive her of more than 100,000." On August 16 last year, Kong Lingyu and Wu Xing went to a hotel in Taiyuan City after a quarrel, and on the same day she sent a lot of messages to Zhao Li, and she had been crying during the call with Zhao Li at noon, "At noon that day (Kong) called me and cried, and kept crying, telling me, (Wu Xing) scolded her or something, it was very difficult to hear and hard to hear. Kong Lingyu told Zhao Li on the phone that she had never been scolded like this when she was so old, but did not explain why Wu Xing scolded her. In this regard, Wu Xing explained that the two were just a small quarrel.
At 9 o'clock that night, Kong Lingyu sent Zhao Li a photo of buying suicide drugs, and at 11 p.m. he sent her a location and did not reply to her message. Afterwards, Zhao Li learned that the photo sent by Kong Lingyu was a blood pressure drop, and she was sent to the hospital in Taiyuan overnight after taking the medicine.
Kong Xiangkui received a call in the middle of the night, he rushed to the hospital from his hometown with his family, at that time Kong Lingyu was still conscious, but intermittent vomiting, stomach pain, he was bent on saving people, did not care to ask his daughter the reason for suicide.
Wu Xing said that on the morning of August 16, he and Kong Lingyu broke up after a fight, and he kept looking for each other until more than 12 o'clock in the evening, when he got the news of Kong Lingyu's suicide, and he immediately rushed back to Taiyuan.
On the morning of August 17, Kong Lingyu was pronounced dead.
Kong Xiangkui believes that Wu Xing's insults prompted his daughter to commit suicide, coupled with the fact that he had previously concealed his married child, which hit his daughter very hard, and after seeing the transfer records and Land Rover resale records, he firmly believed that Wu Xing's acquaintance with his daughter was a premeditated one.
Wu Xing explained to reporters that he suspected Kong Lingyu suffered from depression.
In this regard, Zhao Li refuted, she told reporters that Kong Lingyu had a cheerful personality before knowing Wu Xing, and was a very rational person, "There is no depression, I am sure she does not." She said that Kong Lingyu and Wu Xing cried and complained about their pain during their love affair, saying that they found that Wu Xing was not divorced, "I called me and said that she just felt cheated, the other party hid that she was married, and she has been saying that she is no longer there." ”
After questioning the cause of their daughter's suicide, Kong Xiangkui's family called the police on the day kong Lingyu died. Kong Xiangkui said that from the first time he called the police on August 17, he did not see the relevant personnel handling the case until September 2, but the other party told him that the police had transferred the hotel monitoring where Kong Lingyu committed suicide, the situation was a suicide, as for the lost property, it was recommended that Kong Xiangkui find Wu Xing to solve it privately.
Kong Xiangkui told reporters that he had several questions: Was his daughter's transfer to Wu Xing suspected of being deceived? On the night of the accident, did the daughter act impulsively because she could not stand Wu Xing's insults?
Kong Xiangkui said that on August 18 last year, Kong Lingyu did a physical surface autopsy at Hongdong County Hospital, and he found that he appeared at the autopsy hospital without informing Wu Xing, "What puzzled us was that after the autopsy, Wu Xing appeared at the autopsy site on time." He suspected that the police had informed Wu Xing.
