On January 7, Yichexun learned from official channels that Weilai signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Commercial Group to jointly build a high-speed power exchange network in Zhejiang to provide users with a more convenient experience of inter-city travel and power addition.

Zhejiang Commercial Group is the largest state-owned integrated transportation commercial investment operator in Zhejiang Province, with more than 60 pairs of "high-speed station network" service areas. With the strategic cooperation between Zhejiang Commercial Group and NIO, it will jointly accelerate the construction of high-speed power exchange networks in Zhejiang Province and further increase the density of energy replenishment sites. The two sides plan to deploy substations in at least 15 pairs of expressway service areas in Zhejiang Province by June 2022 to provide users with a faster and more convenient experience of inter-city travel and power-up.

Up to now, WEILAI has built a total of 780 substations (including 205 expressway substations), 613 supercharging piles, 3454 supercharging piles, 626 destination charging piles, 3463 destination charging piles, and access to more than 450,000 third-party charging piles. NIO Power's "rechargeable, replaceable and upgradable" energy service system provides car owners with all-scenario power-up services, and is committed to making power-up more convenient than refueling.
