At CES 2022 on Tuesday, Samsung unveiled the show's theme to promote equipment concept, individual customization and sustainability. At events ahead of CES's official opening, Samsung spent most of its time promoting itself as a greener producer of consumer products.

Jong Hee Han, vice chairman and CEO of Samsung Electronics, said even small changes to the way products are manufactured can have a huge impact because the company produces half a billion devices a year. At the same time, he pointed out that the energy-efficient electricity and raw materials in the production of some memory chips have reduced the company's carbon emissions by 700,000 tons last year.

In 2022, Samsung TVs and monitors will use more recyclable materials, up to 30 times more than before. Within three years, every cell phone and home appliance that comes off the production line will use recyclable materials, and more renewable materials will be used for the packaging of products.

Freestyle is a device for Samsung's Future Lab, whose primary responsibility is to design exotic concepts. Also on display is the latest generation of Odyssey Ark, a 55-inch screen with curves that can be rotated at dramatic angles for use in games.

Gamers are also impressed by Samsung's upcoming TV products in 2022, including google cloud game services, Nvidia GeForce Now and Utomik and other multi-party gaming platforms, while also being better compatible with third-party controllers and connecting without additional hardware.

In terms of home interconnection, Samsung's Samsung Home Hub will be the hub for the interconnection of smart products in our homes, and the company will install this software in TVs, smart monitors, refrigerators and other products released this year to provide better interconnection services. At the same time, in order to encourage the maximum interaction of smart devices between different brands, Samsung has launched a home connection alliance, including Brands such as Electrolux and General Electric.
