Jiwei network news, on January 7, Tesla's official website in the United States showed that the starting price of the Model X Plaid rose from $119,990 to $126,490, due to the cancellation of other seat configuration options of the model, all of which were stipulated to be a 6-seat configuration with a price of $6500. The basis of Tesla's price adjustment is its continuous record high sales. In 2021, 930422 cars will be produced worldwide and 936172 cars will be delivered, another record high.

Among them, a total of 305,840 cars were produced worldwide in the fourth quarter of this year, compared with 179757 in the same period last year; a total of 308,600 cars were delivered in Q4 this year, compared with 180,570 vehicles in the same period last year. In addition, in the context of global core shortage, Tesla is expected to achieve the fastest annual production growth since 2018, becoming the only winner in this core shortage crisis. Under the trend of lack of cores, each company is affected differently, Tesla's sales in the third quarter of the serious lack of cores increased to 73%, and Model Y became the first sales volume in the SUV market with 33,000 units, leaving the Haval H6 that has been on the list for 99 consecutive months.
