Recently, Aika Automobile learned about some of FAW Hongqi's new product plans, and Faw-hongqi will launch two new SUVs codenamed "C206" and codenamed "C001", and the two new cars are expected to be unveiled at the end of this year and the first half of next year.

FAW Hongqi "C206" will be mass-produced at the end of this year, the new car is positioned as a 7-seat mid-size SUV; FAW Hongqi "C001" will be put into production in March next year, using a 5-seat layout, is also an SUV model, Hongqi "C001" is expected to compete with the benchmark BMW X1, Audi Q3, Mercedes-Benz GLA and other models after the launch.

Previously, we exposed the road test photo of FAW Hongqi's latest model - Hongqi H6, and from the naming point of view, the positioning of the new car is between Hongqi H5 and Hongqi H7, and it is expected to be equipped with 1.8T and 2.0T engines in terms of power, matching the automatic transmission. It is understood that the Red Flag H6 is expected to be released in the first half of this year.
