As we all know, after the victory of the War of Liberation, Chiang Kai-shek began his journey of escape. He chose to flee to Taiwan by plane, taking with him a large amount of gold and silver treasures, in addition to taking away a group of elite and powerful generals. 1. Kong Decheng

This person can be regarded as a descendant of Confucius, who has been holding a civilian job in Taiwan after absconding with Chiang Kai-shek to Taiwan. Although this position looks very tall, it does not have much power, because it only involves the field of literature. For a period of time in Taiwan, Kong Decheng and Chiang Kai-shek always had a relationship of cooperation and mutual use. Because there was no political dispute involved, Kong Decheng's life in Taiwan was relatively stable. After his death due to illness in 2008, Kong Decheng spent his old age peacefully in Taiwan.

Zhang Enpu wanted to carry forward the Taoist ideology in Taiwan, and later with the help of Chiang Kai-shek, he founded the Taoist Church in Taiwan, but for some special reasons, he gradually began to decline, and he was also ostracized by other peers. Therefore, Zhang Enpu's life in Taiwan is not comfortable. Zhang Enpu passed away in 1969.

III. The Seventh Chapter

This person is Tibetan. Before that, the Seventh Zhangjia had always regarded Chiang Kai-shek as a pawn to use, hoping to stabilize Tibet and Inner Mongolia through his strength, and could also be regarded as the leader of Inner Mongolia, so Chiang Kai-shek chose to take the Seventh Zhangjia with him when he retreated to Taiwan. The seventh Zhangjia founded Buddhism in Taiwan and had a certain influence in the field. When he went to a Buddhist church in Japan, he proposed the idea of asking them to return the parietal bone of Master Xuanzang. Although it was not successful, after subsequent efforts, Japan returned the parietal bone of Master Xuanzang. The seventh Zhangjia built a pagoda for him in Taiwan for worship, which is also the biggest achievement of the seventh Zhangjia in Taiwan. Since then, however, he has lived in seclusion and died in 1957 in a low-key manner.
