Born in Shenzhen, Liao Huiyi was admitted to xinghai Conservatory of Music in 2014 with the first place in her violin performance major, and in 2019 she went to the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music for further study, and is currently the principal violinist of the Futian Symphony Orchestra.

After graduating from Xinghai Conservatory of Music, Liao Huiyi chose many opportunities, and Futian District has always attached great importance to literary and artistic talents and a strong artistic atmosphere, so she resolutely chose to return to Futian and join the newly established Futian Symphony Orchestra.
It is reported that the Futian Symphony Orchestra is incubated and cultivated by the Futian District Public Culture and Sports Development Center, with professional standards of the double-pipe large-scale symphony orchestra, the existing members of 80 people, the average age of 28 years old, all graduated from domestic and foreign conservatories, of which 30% of the returned students.
