In August 1941, the Japanese army mobilized more than 70,000 Japanese puppet troops to carry out large-scale sweeps in Beiyue, Pingxi and other places, intending to find the main force of the Eighth Route Army and inflict heavy losses on it. In order to avoid the search of the Japanese army, the government personnel and the masses in Dingxing, Yixian and other places all retreated to the Wolf's Tooth Mountain.

The five fighters fought and retreated, and after running out of ammunition and food, they were still fighting back with stones, until they were forced to the edge of the cliff by the Japanese puppet army, the five fighters destroyed their guns and jumped without hesitation, Ma Baoyu, Hu Delin, and Hu Fucai three fighters died heroically, while Ge Zhenlin and Song Xueyi, two fighters, were stopped by branches on the mountainside and escaped from danger.

The traitor was arrested

In 1950, a man claiming to have been a grassroots cadre in the Jin-Cha-Ji Subdistrict was arrested.
