After investigation and verification, the relevant case facts are hereby reported as follows: On May 6, 2020, the Guangfu Police Station of the Yongnian District Public Security Bureau received an alarm that a fight had occurred at the intersection of the west road of Ludi Village in Guangfu Town. After receiving the police, the police at the police station immediately rushed to the scene to deal with it. After investigation, Wei Mouyang, Wei Moujia (Wei Mouyang's father) and Shi Mou had insults and physical conflicts due to vehicle scraping, and later Wei Mouyi (Wei Mouyang's uncle), Li Mouguo (Wei Mouyang's grandfather) and others intercepted, shoved, and beat Shi. After appraisal, Shi X suffered multiple fractures in his ribs, constituting a minor injury of the first degree, because the parties had objections to the appraisal results, and then entrusted the Henan Shengde Judicial Appraisal Center to re-evaluate Shi X's injuries, and the appraisal results were minor injuries of the first degree.
