On December 6, 1934, nearly 3,000 soldiers of the Red 25th Army, under the leadership of Chen Tingxian, the cargo lang, crossed the secret trail of Shaanxi, crossed the Dafu Ridge, and triumphantly entered Shaanxi.
The specific route for crossing Dafu Ridge is to enter the front and rear Huyu from Longju Ancient Village to the south, pass through the Jiguan Shigou Gorge, cross The Dafu Ridge, and after exiting the West Eggplant River, go all the way west from the courtyard, completely shake off the enemy's encirclement, go straight out of the Iron Lock Pass, successfully enter Shaanxi, and realize the strategic transfer.
The secret trail into Shaanxi has been developed into a red tourist route, and the road has been built for tourists to visit, commemorate and commemorate.
Dragon Horse Red Army Village
Taking advantage of the good weather in winter, we crossed the Dafu Ridge from the direction of the Wuli River and the Double Locust Tree, and reversed the secret trail of the Red Twenty-fifth Army into Shaanxi.
From the 209 National Highway from the small river to the west to the 328 Provincial Road, through the town of Shuanghuashu around the Jiulong Mountain Scenic Area, is the West Eggplant River. A not-so-wide cement road winds its way through the canyon along the West Eggplant River. The stream flows at the bottom of the ditch, the sun shines on the tip of the mountain, and the contrast between light and dark above and below the mountain is strong, as if it were a double heaven.
Xijia Village Bus Station
Because it was a retrograde route of the Red Twenty-fifth Army's Long March over DafuLing, it hesitated when it encountered the first fork in the road. The routes on both sides are similar, a large bamboo forest faces the fork in the road, and against the background of the blue sky, the desolate distant mountains have a little more life.
On the side of the road, there is an urban and rural bus stop sign of "Xijia Village Stop". The schematic diagram on the station sign is only a schematic diagram of the township jurisdiction of Shuang locust Tree. The Long March of the Red Twenty-fifth Army came from shuanglongwan town (formerly Mogoukou Township) over the mountain. The map does not show the route of the Red Army's Long March. Hesitate for a moment, compare the map, the main road to the left should be the route of the Red Army out of the Xijia River.

Sure enough, after crossing the fork in the road, just after bypassing a bend, a white three-story building appeared in front of it, and the big red characters were particularly dazzling in the sun, and the eight words "red gene, passed down from generation to generation" were written vertically. Horizontally, there are also eight big characters written with "Long March Spirit, Eternal Radiance".
That's right, it was the route of the Red Army's Long March.
Red Army Village
This is a red tourist station developed by West Eggplant River Village, known locally as red army village. Unfortunately, the gate was closed and there was no one to see inside and out.
On the right side of the three-story building, there are some imitation military buildings along the other side of the river, and the flagpoles flying with flags reflect the high platforms such as pillboxes and lookout posts. A gatehouse made of logs, with the word "Long March" in red, is the most conspicuous, and in the middle is a bright five-star.

I can't enter and watch, but can only stay along the riverbank and watch, which is very regrettable. Take a few photos to commemorate, it is a "visit here".
The stream runs up the road, the water babbles, and the banks of the river are full of red tourist marks. Continue the red gene and do not forget the hardships of the Long March.

This is the head of the Dafu Ridge. The polar eyes are to the east, and the view is wide. Beneath your feet are the highways that spiral down the mountainsides, and in the distance, the rolling hills are like endless waves.
In the distance, you can faintly see the clear outline of the high-rise buildings in Lushi County.
Dafuling Mountain Road
It's cold in the heights. Although the air is clear and clear, and the sun shines on the mountains, the cold air around you is still directly on the skin. At that time, the officers and men of the Red Twenty-fifth Army were thinly dressed and stepped on the ice, how arduous and heroic it was.
It was also December, and I didn't know if the weather was sunny or snowy today. But in any case, they never had the leisure to enjoy the scenery along the way as we have now. They have only the courage to go forward and the spirit of sacrifice.

Coming down the hill quickly. Re-walk the Long March road, do not dare to talk about the scenery. We were driving down, while the Red Army soldiers were marching on foot on snow, and the two were very different.
At the bottom of the ditch, there were gradually people. On the side of the road in a village, a stone stele was erected with a shining red star on the forehead. Parking to watch, is the CPC Lushi County Committee, Lushi County People's Government in 2020 set up "Mr. Fan Jiandu Yixing Jiluo".

Mr. Fan Jiandu yixing jiluo
Mr. Fan Jiandu (February 1906 - September 1960), a native of Jiguan Shigou Village, Houhuyu Village, Shuanglongwan Town, was highly praised for his many acts of kindness.
On December 5, 1934, the Red Twenty-fifth Army's Long March stayed overnight at Wangyun'an. The next day, the main force crossed the Dafu Ridge, out of the Eggplant River, and marched towards Guanpo via the temple courtyard. When the other part went to the wheat field on the side of Jiguan Shigou Road, the people were sleepy and tired, hungry, and rested on the spot. Fan Jiandu took the initiative to welcome the Red Army to the courtyard, boiled water with his wife to cook, and nearby people heard the news and sent steamed vegetables. After the meal, the chief of the Red Army held a meeting under the ancient tree in the courtyard, and then left with the soldiers.

Fan Jiandu's former residence
I was reading the inscription when a fellow came by the side of the road. Pointing to a big tree on the other side and the old house under the tree, he said that it was the house where Mr. Fan lived, and it was there to provide food for the Red Army soldiers, and the big tree where the red army chiefs deliberated was still lush as ever.
The house where Mr. Fan Jiandu lived in that year was a traditional civil structure house in the mountainous area of western Henan, with gray tiles and doors and windows made of green bricks. Simple and dignified, this is a better house in the deep mountains.
Behind the house, a large tree, vicissitudes and ancient clumsiness, in the deep winter cold, branches stretched out to the blue sky. A green sign hanging from the tree, written more than 200 years old, quercus querceous tree family.

Under the trees and in the yard, there were newly laid stone bricks, neat and flat, obviously not long after they had been laid.
The villager who led us to visit the old house turned out to be the descendant of Mr. Fan Jiandu. He told us that the county and township had specially funded and that the old man's house had been renovated and that a stone floor had been laid under the yard and ancient trees, which was what it was now.
The fellow opened the old house where Mr. Fan Jiandu lived, and the inside of the house was still the same. The sun was shining outside, but it was dark inside, and there had been no one there for a long time. Except for a few pieces of old-fashioned furniture, empty, posterity has moved into a new house, only the old house is still immersed in the memories of the past.

When the villagers sent us to the main road, they said that the county had come here to investigate and plan, and to build a Red Army square in front of the old house to commemorate the feats of the Red Army's Long March and commemorate the touching stories of the local people who greeted the Red Army, provided food, and rescued the wounded.
Here, for the first time, I felt so truly that during the Long March of the Red Army, the reason why I repeatedly turned the danger into a disaster and broke through the layers of enemy troops to chase and block, in addition to the sacrifice of the cargo lang to lead the way, there were also the masses along the way who really regarded the Red Army as their own team and helped each other.
Old house
Descending down the Jiguan Stone Ditch, accompanied by a stream, the valley is high and narrow. After passing through Houhuyu and Qianhuyu, the canyon slowly opened up. I don't know why it is called "Tiger Yu", but looking at the rolling mountains on both sides and the dense birch oak forest, could it be that because the mountains are densely forested and sparsely populated, and the tigers are more infested!
It is precisely because of this that this place has become a secret trail for the Red Army to enter Shaanxi. The officers and men of the Red Twenty-fifth Army were like divine help, but also like divine soldiers, breaking through the encirclement, pursuit, blockade, and interception, successfully realizing the strategic transfer, and becoming the first Red Army team to win the victory of the Long March.
Five Mile Hall
At the exit of the canyon is a place called Wuli Hall, which is called Bodhisattva Hall by locals. It's an old place name, and although there is also a cooper tree, it doesn't look big. The so-called temple, too, was newly built.
At that time, the officers and men of the Red Army entered the Former and Rear Huyu Gorges from Wulitang, crossed the Dafu Ridge, came out of the Eggplant River, and went west out of Guanpo and into southern Shaanxi.
For the soldiers of the Red Army, the true bodhisattva was the toiling people who warmly greeted, rescued, and supported them in the depths of the mountains during the Long March!
