Photos shared on social media are of cars built on December 21, 2021, suggesting that Tesla recently began equipping the Model 3 and Model Y with the latest infotainment systems. The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of the upgraded vehicle begins with 139xxx. Some owners with a VIN code that starts with 137 say their cars don't have AMD Ryzen chips or other upgrades.
