In China, there are 63,600 household and personal indicators, of which 44,520 are household indicators, accounting for 70%, personal indicators are 19,080, accounting for 30%, unit index quotas are 3,600, and operating index quotas are 2,800.
It is reported that the reason for increasing the index quota of new energy passenger cars is mainly to control the exhaust pollution of fuel vehicles and improve the air quality of the capital, and also to consider the rapid progress of new energy vehicle batteries and the actual situation of mileage growth.
