Yu Zhenfang, number: Master of Yumingtang. Born in 1963, a native of Beijing, he is a professional painter. In 2011, he graduated from the senior training class of the National Academy of Painting of China, and in 2015, he became the president of the Beijing Academy of Ice and Snow Painting and the assistant of Yu Zhixue, the founder of the China Ice and Snow Painting School. Researcher of Yuanqinghua Cultural Exchange Center of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Cultural Heritage. He is a member of the Beijing Artists Association.

Yu Zhenfang gongguo painting landscapes, flowers and birds, is one of the second generation of inheritors of the Chinese ice and snow painting school. In particular, he has studied and is very knowledgeable about the golden stone seal carving. In the early days of enlightenment, he followed his father's wishes, and at the age of seven, he worshiped under the door of Duan Dayu, a famous golden stone master in the capital, and studied the golden stone seal carving, alternating cold and summer for more than thirty years, without interruption.

Yu Zhenfang's ice and snow landscape paintings are from the line of Mr. Yu Zhixue, the founder of the Chinese Ice and Snow Painting School, one of his disciples, belonging to the "Huangpu Department", and officially becoming the designated inheritor of the Ice and Snow Painting Department in the Great Hall of the People. While inheriting Mr. Yu's original painting techniques, he also inherited Mr. Yu's concept of "first have self, then there are ancients", went into nature to collect materials, and his footsteps traveled all over the forest and sea snow fields in northern Saibei, collecting rich natural materials for his future creations, laying a solid foundation for the improvement and transformation of his artistic realm.

His works have participated in many large-scale national art exhibitions and have been published in newspapers and periodicals many times. Draw large snow paintings.
