Recently, the donation of Yu Zhixue & Lv Yandong's "Ice and Snow National Treasure Map" was handed over at the News Building Art Museum. Nearly 50 ice and snow-themed works were exhibited at the event, among which the long scroll of the Winter Olympics art "Ice and Snow National Treasure Map" with a length of more than ten meters was donated to the China Sports Museum in Tibet.

Created by Yu Zhixue, the founder of the Ice and Snow Painting School, and Lu Yandong, a painter of the Ice and Snow Painting School, "Ice and Snow National Treasure Map" took half a year to create, with ice and snow landscape as the rhyme, integrating the national treasure panda with the beautiful northern scenery of ice and snow. The entire volume is 9.6 meters long, implying that China's land area is 9.6 million square kilometers, 48 centimeters wide, and the 22 pandas specially painted use unique painting techniques to skillfully integrate elements such as the Great Wall and Yingke Pine into the scrolls, condensing the artist's love for art and the interpretation of sportsmanship.

Lv Yandong, a national first-class artist and painter of the Ice and Snow Painting School, studied under Yu Zhixue, the founder of the Ice and Snow Painting School, and integrated on the basis of the original ice and snow landscapes, forming a unique artistic outlook, he has participated in international art exhibitions for many times, and has won the title of "China's Top 100 Outstanding People's Artists", and his works have been collected by Chinese and foreign art institutions.

Lv Yandong has been the assistant tutor of Yu Zhixue Studio of the Painting Institute of Chinese Min University for many years, and the director of Beijing Yuzhixue Art Institute, under the guidance and encouragement of the teacher, after years of studying ice and snow painting techniques, he is well versed in the essence of ice and snow landscapes, combined with his own artistic experience and style, to create his own "color ink ice and snow".
