Mr. You Shou's achievements are especially outstanding in calligraphy, and he studied under Mr. Hu Xiaoshi, a master of modern Sinology and a calligrapher. With his extensive and exquisite calligraphy theory, on the basis of inheriting and refining the calligraphy expressions of his predecessors, he has formed a unique "swimming body" with new ideas, and is known as the important heir of the third generation of the Jinshi Calligraphy School, and has become one of the representatives of contemporary Chinese scholars. Mr. You Shou was born in 1906 in the late Qing Dynasty in Xiapu, Fujian Province, into a family of scholars, and in his early years, his calligraphy was mainly based on the study of inscriptions and calligraphy. With the passage of time, When Mr. You Shou arrived in Heilongjiang, he began to shift from the Nanyong School to the study of the origin of the ethnic groups in northern China, and his calligraphy style absorbed the boldness of The Blessing of GaxianDong. In his later years, Mr. You Shou immersed himself in the research and practice of calligraphy art, and calligraphy gradually entered the realm from the "golden stone qi" in the early years and added a strong "book volume qi".
To commemorate the 115th anniversary of Mr. You Shou's birth, Mr. Wang Limin wrote "The Biography of You Shou" for his mentor, which was published by Heilongjiang Education Publishing House. The book takes Mr. You Shou as the main line, showing Mr. You Shou's outstanding achievements and legendary life in the fields of education, archaeology, calligraphy and other fields in different historical periods.

Wang Limin, born in 1957 in Harbin, is a native of Penglai, Shandong.
He is an academician of the Heilongjiang Academy of Painting, a first-class artist, a member of the Chinese Writers Association, a member of the Xiling Printing Society, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Chinese Book Association, and a director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Artists Association. He once served as the vice chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial Book Association, the vice chairman of the Heilongjiang Writers Association, the vice chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial Federation of Literature and Literature, the deputy director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Culture, the deputy director of the General Office of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, and a member of the Academic Committee of the China Book Association.
