Artist Bio:

He Qiang, pen name Chang Jue Sex Hai, male, born in 1978 in Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and a retired soldier. He is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and a director of the Ningxia Hard Pen Calligraphers Association. His works have won many national and military awards. In 1999, his calligraphy works won the third prize of the whole army in the Daqing Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of the 50th Anniversary of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and won the first and second prizes of the Lanzhou Military Region successively, and some of his works were collected in the Military Art Museum. His poetry works have been published in Chinese Liberation Art Newspaper, Air Force Daily, China News Broadcasting, Ningxia Poetry Magazine Xia Feng, etc.
