Pingliang was born in 1945, a native of Weinan, Shaanxi, a famous director, playwright, opera educator, founder of the Actor Training Class of Zhouzhi County Theater Troupe and Zhouzhi Qinxiang Opera Society, with the reputation of "living fossils of Qin Cavity", and once served as the director of the Western Dance Qin cavity theater.
