Up to now, the scope of the epidemic in our city is concentrated, all in Dalang Town, the source of the case is clear, the transmission chain is clear, and it is still the same transmission chain.

Zhejiang Shengzhou Xiaolongbao Shop (Shengping North Road), Tiantian Fresh Fruit Shop, Yangkeng Tang Old Yang Street, Brother Chaoshan Food Shop, Lekang Health Center, Yangkeng Tang Square, Wanjihui Life Supermarket, Wang Dongmei Clinic, Yao Ji Fruit Shop, Jiarong Supermarket Parking Lot on Meijing Middle Road. After being placed in centralized management as a close contact, he tested positive for nucleic acid on 20 December.

Confirmed case 17, male, 45 years old, currently residing in Caibian Village, Dalang Town, the main places involved are:

Disease control expert interpretation!

Since the first case was reported in our city on the 13th, as of December 20, that is, yesterday, the epidemic has reported a total of 21 confirmed cases. Yesterday, there were 6 confirmed cases, and these 6 cases were detected in close contacts that have been centrally managed, which is more in line with our prediction. So far, a total of 4125 close contacts have been identified in this outbreak, and these close contacts have been controlled, and it is still possible to detect cases among these contacts who have been managed in the future.

According to the genetic sequencing results, the current epidemic infection is the world's most important new crown virus epidemic strain Delta variant strain, which is highly homologous to the gene sequencing of the case in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, and is the same transmission chain of the same overseas import source. The variant is characterized by high viral load, strong transmission capacity, fast transmission speed and strong transmission concealment. The current epidemic situation in our city also shows similar characteristics: First, the viral load of patients is high. In more than 90% of cases (i.e., 19 cases), the virus had≤ a 25 CT value, which is relatively low, indicating a high viral load. Second, the patient's main place of activity, especially the residence, was obviously contaminated with the virus, and positive in more than 80% (i.e., 17 cases) of the case's residence or isolation room environmental specimens, indicating that the patient's detoxification ability is strong. Third, the cases turned positive after several consecutive negative nucleic acid tests, and nearly 40% of the cases were tested positive after 3 consecutive nucleic acid negatives, of which 1 case was 6 consecutive nucleic acid negatives before being tested positive.

At present, all the cases in our city occur in Dalang Town, and 21 cases are distributed in 6 villages (communities) in the town, and there is no spillover. The circulation survey found that all cases belonged to the same chain of transmission, and the chain of transmission was relatively clear.

The epidemic situation in our city is facing a severe situation, but the epidemic situation is generally controllable. In the future, we will continue to increase, accelerate and do quasi-circulation work, do a good job in the management of high-risk groups, and minimize the risk of epidemic transmission as soon as possible.

Rapidly block the chain of transmission

Strengthen the investigation and management of risk personnel and quickly block the transmission chain. We have mobilized the city's elite and flow adjustment forces, comprehensively tracked and controlled all suspicious key groups involved in the epidemic, used big data technology to conduct in-depth investigation and comparison, find out key figures and places, and clarify the transmission chain. Once the close contact personnel are found, ensure that they are transferred to the isolation hotel within 4 hours, implement follow-up treatment, and cut off the transmission chain. As of 24:00 on December 20, a total of 4,125 close contacts have been identified, and all of them have been controlled. At the same time, in the city, especially in the surrounding town streets of Dalang, the basic information of all personnel was thoroughly collected and registered, and the "three days and two inspections" and 7 days of home health monitoring were implemented for key groups to resolutely prevent the spillover of the epidemic.

Strictly prevent cross-infection

Strengthen the whole process management of isolation sites to strictly prevent cross-infection. The municipal isolation and transfer special class and disease control experts jointly set up a special working group to supervise and urge the city's isolation hotels to strengthen prevention and control management through the preparation of guidelines, connection guidance, roving inspections and other methods. Implement closed management for personnel in various positions such as isolated hotel management, medical treatment, security, disinfection, and cleaning. In particular, for hotels that undertake close contact personnel of the Epidemic in Dalang, the implementation of close contact personnel will be inspected at least once a day. Carry out full-process staff induction training for newly opened isolation hotels, clarify job responsibilities and protection requirements, and carry out regular inspections and assessments of personal protective equipment, cleaning and disinfection, and emergency disposal to strictly prevent cross-infection of isolated hotels.

Strive to be due diligence

Scientific layout of nucleic acid screening, and strive to achieve due diligence. The frequency of encrypted nucleic acid detection and dynamic adjustment of the scope of screening, every day in the form of "1 + N" to organize Dalang and related parks, towns (streets) in turn to carry out multiple rounds of large-scale nucleic acid screening, timely resolution of potential transmission risks. At present, no positive nucleic acid screenings in other parts of the city except Dalang have been detected. In the past few days, Dalang Town has carried out drag-net nucleic acid testing in 28 villages (communities), especially in the old residential areas, self-built houses, rental houses, shantytowns, rental factories and other areas to carry out "washing buildings" and "sweeping the streets", registering and compiling records one by one for those who have not completed nucleic acid testing according to requirements, and supervising and urging timely participation in nucleic acid testing so that no household or person is missed. In addition, a door-to-door testing team of 130 people has been specially set up to implement door-to-door nucleic acid testing services for people in home isolation and limited mobility in each village (community). Up to now, Dalang Town has carried out 5 consecutive rounds of large-scale screening of nucleic acids.

Make every effort to ensure service

Firmly adhere to the bottom line of people's livelihood and make every effort to do a good job in service guarantee. In the past two days, the rain continued and the weather turned cold, so we set up a number of new emergency resettlement centers in Dalang Town, adding quilts and providing hot water to provide warm and comfortable living places for stranded people such as transit drivers; deploying 28 villages (communities) to comprehensively explore the actual situation of the people in difficulty, carry out inspections of homeless people, and provide timely assistance and support; 6 new convenient medical service points were set up to provide common diseases and frequent disease diagnosis and treatment and medical emergency support for the people in the region; and guide 171 pharmacies in Dalang Town to reopen in an orderly manner. Restore the supply of some commonly used medicines. We promptly launched the allocation of reserve epidemic prevention materials, allocated 2 million disposable medical masks to Dalang Town, and urgently allocated a batch of medical disposable protective clothing, sampling tubes, forehead temperature guns and other epidemic prevention materials. At the same time, we should earnestly monitor the price of emergency medical supplies and ensure that the emergency medical supplies of retail pharmacies in Dalang Town have sufficient inventory and smooth supply channels.

Don't leave unless necessary!
