The new confirmed cases 14 and 15 confirmed cases in Dongguan are employees of a company on Meijing Middle Road in Dalang Town, and the 2 confirmed cases reported on the 19th are colleagues. Confirmed case 14, all of whom have been active in Dalang Town since 5 December, were placed under centralized management as close contacts and tested positive for nucleic acid on 19 December. Confirmed case 15, mainly active in Dalang Town since December 5, and visited Chang'an Town, Dongguan on the morning of december 12. After being placed in centralized management as a close contact, he tested positive for nucleic acid on 19 December.

On December 19, the total number of nucleic acid screening samples in Dalang Town, Liaobu Town, Dongkeng Town and Guancheng Subdistrict in Dongguan Province totaled 2.0509 million people, of which 834,000 people were in Dalang Town, and the results were negative. The results of this large-scale nucleic acid screening are all negative, excluding close contacts, sub-close contacts, key risk personnel and other personnel included in the centralized management. On December 20, Dongguan Dongcheng, Huangjiang and Chang'an also carried out nucleic acid screening.

In order to ensure that local residents seek medical treatment, since 8 o'clock on December 20, pharmacies outside the sealing and control area in Dalang Town have resumed business in a safe and orderly manner to ensure some of the daily medication needs of local residents.
