Wei Bin performed a bedside electrocardiogram for him while calling to inform the cardiovascular physician of emergency consultation. At 15:35, the first ELECTROCARDI examination in the hospital suggested that Mr. Cai had "acute extensive anterior wall ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction", and at 15:39, the hospital activated the catheterization room with one key to decide on emergency interventional surgery.
At 16:14, the medical team began to puncture the radial artery for Mr. Cai, which was successfully punctured at 16:16, coronary angiography began at 16:17, and the contrast was completed at 16:18. Coronary angiography suggests that Mr. Cai's anterior descending branch is acutely completely occluded and that a large number of thrombosis can be seen. Through the thrombotic suction of the anterior descending branch obliterans, balloon dilation, intracoronal injection of thrombolytic drugs, etc., a stent was implanted in the lesion and the blood vessel was successfully opened.
At this point, Mr. Cai turned from entering the hospital gate to opening the blood vessels in only 50 minutes.
