Between China and the United States, a war game negotiation has begun, but without strength, any victory cannot be negotiated, the two sides are fighting and talking, the Americans have been delaying time, the purpose of which is to accumulate strength, in a vain attempt to make a comeback, after fighting five battles, the two sides are also pulling back and forth near the 38th line.
In 1952, near the Five Holy Mountains, the "United Nations Army" mobilized more than 60,000 people, and became the key to the competition in Shangganling, which was only 3.7 square kilometers. After the Five Holy Mountains, the north of Korea was a horse pingchuan, the enemy's intention was obvious, concentrated the advantage, in one fell swoop to crush the volunteer army of Shangganling, and then took most of Korea, occupying the initiative in the war. Looking at the map, Mr. Peng was overwhelmed with emotion, and he issued a death order, no matter what, Shangganling could not lose an inch of land. "Whoever loses Shangganling is responsible for the history of Korea."
In Mr. Peng's words, Chinese and foreign military experts are paying attention to the direction of the Korean War, and all the pressure is forced to Shangganling. On 14 October, 60,000 UN troops took action, mobilizing more than 300 artillery pieces, more than 170 tanks, and thousands of sorties of aircraft. In the end, he made a heroic sacrifice, a tragic act that greatly infected the volunteer soldiers, and all of them shed tears.
After the battle began, the enemy's shells fell like raindrops, the huge bombardment was deafening, and one young soldier after another fell into a pool of blood, and the enemy bombers roared in, and with overwhelming momentum, napalm bombs were thrown down one after another. Suddenly, there was a sea of fire in Shangganling, the enemy bombarded indiscriminately, and the soldiers crawled in the trenches, and when the shells stopped, the soldiers took up their machine guns and desperately shot at the enemy.
The enemy kept climbing upwards, getting closer to us little by little, and under heavy fire, the positions changed hands repeatedly. Every time they lost their positions, the volunteers would immediately fight for it, and at a critical moment, Huang Jiguang blocked the enemy's machine gun eyes with his body, and his comrades charged with tears and took the position again. Relying on tenacious perseverance, countless heroic warriors have emerged in Shangganling, and we are not afraid of the enemy and fight tenaciously. Around the position, the two sides fought 59 times, and the skirmish turned into a large-scale campaign.
In the 43-day battle, the Chinese soldiers fought with mighty ambition, and this hard battle shocked the world. After the victory, Mr. Peng and other commanders and fighters were even more proud, and with such fighters, Chinese never afraid of aggression. As far away as Taiwan, Chiang Kai-shek also sighed, although he repeatedly asked the United States, but after seeing the victory of the Chinese army, he also said a big truth: "In this world, no one is an opponent of the People's Liberation Army." The Americans say I can't do Chiang Kai-shek, so what about them? The combined armies of 16 countries, with their advanced weapons and equipment, are so bad. "
