According to the information of Tianyancha, the legal representatives of the above 5 enterprises are Zhang Yonggui, of which New Element Catering Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is the controlling shareholder of New Food Tide Catering Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
Employees of the new element Shanghai Nanjing West Road store told the surging news reporter that they have not yet received the notice of closure and are still in a normal state of operation. The clerk added that if the company receives a specific notice of the closing time, it will arrange for the closure of the store.
