Moreover, many generals and officers were completely dissatisfied with Chiang Kai-shek's rule, and even Yang Feng's situation appeared. Even after the victory in the Liaoshen Campaign, the momentum of the Kuomintang army had gradually declined, and at this time, if it encountered the troops of the People's Liberation Army. They would quickly approach, and then in a short period of time of convergence and surrender, many nationalist troops joined the PLA in this way. For these people to join, they will also lead a series of equipment to come, because the military weapons and equipment equipped by the Kuomintang are relatively advanced, and after these people surrender, they have also strengthened the strength of the People's Liberation Army to a certain extent, although they surrendered, some people will choose to go home to farm, and some people will continue to participate in the revolutionary struggle. At this time, a great general, Huang Baitao, who was loyal to Chiang Kai-shek, emerged. The reason why he said this is because in the Battle of Nianzhuang, he fought with Li Yu with the last strength, and the confrontation lasted for 17 days.
Speaking of Huang Baitao, in fact, he never seems to have gained Chiang Kai-shek's trust along the way, but why is he so loyal? He has been particularly sensitive since childhood, and met Liu Chun by chance, and the process at that time was a warlord, because of his special spirituality and relatively stable in all aspects of his work, so he especially liked him, and then gave him a maid in the family. It is precisely because of this that he had the opportunity to enter the Jinling Officer Teaching Corps, where he successfully built himself, learned a lot of military experience, and then changed from an ordinary soldier to an officer. However, the good times did not last long, and in 1920, Liu Chun died of illness. At this time, after tossing and turning, he came to Zhang Zongchang's door. After the siege of Bai Chongxi, Zhang Zongchang left all his troops and fled to Japan. At this time, all the troops and men were included by Bai Chongxi, and at this point, Huang Baitao became a member of the Kuomintang army.
Because Chiang Kai-shek was always wary of the people around him, many officers could not gain his trust, and for Huang Baitao, who was not from the Huangpu family, it was even more difficult to gain Chiang Kai-shek's trust.
