The center of this year's No. 22 typhoon "Rey" is located at 5 o'clock in the morning today (December 16) in the northwest Pacific Ocean about 980 kilometers southeast of Manila, Philippines, that is, 9.5 degrees north latitude and 128.3 degrees east longitude, the maximum wind near the center is 15 (48 m / s), the minimum pressure in the center is 945 hPa, the radius of the seventh wind circle is 250-350 kilometers, the radius of the tenth wind circle is 80-100 kilometers, and the radius of the twelfth wind circle is 50 kilometers.

It is expected that "Rey" will move in a west-northerly direction at a speed of 25-30 kilometers per hour, gradually approaching the coastal area north of mindanao in the Philippines, and will be slightly stronger, and will make landfall in the above-mentioned coast around this evening (strong typhoon level, 14-15 level, 45-50 m / s), and after passing through the central Philippine islands, it will move into the southeastern sea surface of the South China Sea in the early morning of the 18th, and gradually approach the South China Sea surface of China's Paracel Islands.
