What should I do if my child talks and snorts, and his voice is loud and small? 2 practical breath mini-games to get to work out with ease

In the last issue, we introduced the game of "Shooting Goal", how did everyone practice at home? Click I go straight to the gameplay instructions.

In this issue, we introduce two other mini-games, and the materials used are children's favorite toys - blowing dragons.

Game Objectives:

1. Exercise the strength of blowing and the time to maintain;

2. Practice the strength of your child's lips;

3. Strengthen the stability of the child's jaw joint.

Required Documents:

Blow 2 dragons, building blocks, tape.

Let's take a look at what different ways to play the dragon blowing

Game 1: The tall building is falling

Activity steps:

1, we first use tape to paste a square on the table, high-rise buildings need to be built in this area;

2. Arbitrarily raise the blocks in the area;

3, the child blows the dragon and pushes the "tall building" down.

(Click to view the specific gameplay of the game)

Notes:

1, at the beginning, you can put the distance of the building blocks closer, so that children can push the "tall building" down, and then gradually pull the distance farther;

2. Increase the number of blocks according to the child's situation, or replace the heavier blocks to increase the difficulty of the game;

3. After the collapse of the tall building, the child can use the power of the dragon to push the blocks scattered outside the area back into the area, which can train the durability of the child's blowing and is also a more demanding performance.

Game 2: Blowing Blocks Game

1. Parents and children sit on the same side of the table, draw two lines on the table, as the starting point and the end point, the two choose a building block and put it on the starting line in front of them;

2, another parent can be a referee, count 1, 2, 3 start, two people blow at the same time, to see who blows the blocks to the end first;

3. The person who reaches the finish line first can get reinforcement.

1. Change the gameplay according to the child's interests. For example: two people sitting face to face, you can use tape to glue a box in the middle, and compare who pushes the block into the box first;

2. In competitive games, in order to stimulate children's motivation, parents can also appropriately "release water" to let children experience the feeling of "winning".

Summary Notes:

In both games, the focus of the workout is:

1. Increase the strength of the child's blowing;

2. Extend the blowing time.

Therefore, the prerequisite skill that needs to be possessed is "being able to blow the dragon up".

If the child can't blow the dragon for a while, we can do simple breath exercises step by step.

For example: put some scraps of paper in a box, let the child blow, blow the scraps of paper we can give reinforcement.

If the child is completely unable to blow, we can play the "drumming cheek" exercise to let the child feel the change in the air flow.

For example, put one of the child's hands in front of our mouths, say to the child, "I'm going to blow up", and then exaggerately puff up the cheeks for the child to see, and then blow a long breath on the child's hand. In the process of blowing, we can also slowly turn the head to move the direction, so that the child feels the air flow. Next, encourage your child to try the same movements as we do. But it should be noted that whether the child has a cheek or not, as long as he works hard, we can be very happy and excited to encourage the child and strengthen his efforts!
