On December 15, 2021, during the routine testing of the inbound transfer staff, an asymptomatic infected person with new crown pneumonia was found. The relevant information is as follows:

Huang Mou, female, inbound transfer special class staff, during the work of the implementation of two points and one line closed-loop management, centralized settlement for Guangzhou Baiyun District Renhe Town Xicheng Road Lifeng Hotel. Nucleic acid test results were negative on December 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. On the evening of the 14th, the nucleic acid test result was positive for initial screening, and the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention reviewed positive, that is, it was transferred to the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University for isolation medical observation. In the early morning of the 15th, after further examination, the diagnosis was an asymptomatic infection of new crown pneumonia.

The disease control department immediately carried out epidemiological investigation, traceability and prevention and control management. After preliminary investigation, the infected person was highly likely to have accidental infection caused by accidental exposure during the transfer of imported cases from abroad. During its closed-loop management period, there were no community activities, close contacts at work and concentrated residence, workplace environment sampling tests were negative, and experts assessed that the risk of community transmission was low.
