According to the Tianyancha App, Ningde Times (Guizhou) New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. was established on December 10, which is a limited liability company and wholly owned by Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The legal representative of the company is Jiang Li, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, and its business scope includes new material technology research and development; mining of mineral resources (non-coal mines); mineral processing; and investment activities with its own funds.

This year, CATL has invested in new companies many times, which is not unusual for a company that is growing and developing. However, it is worth noting that just half a month ago, CATL also invested in the establishment of a new company in Guizhou. On November 26, CATL (Guizhou) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan, the same as the above-mentioned company, and the legal representative of this company is Jiang Li.

The reason for many times to invest heavily in the establishment of a new company in Guizhou is because CATL has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Guizhou Provincial Government before, and intends to invest in the construction of the first phase of the Guizhou New Energy Power and Energy Storage Battery Manufacturing Base in Guizhou, and it is reported that the total investment of the project does not exceed 7 billion yuan.
