On December 14, CATL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Eaton Power (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Ningde, Fujian Province. According to the agreement, the strategic cooperation involves product research and development, marketing, business model and service response mechanism. CATL will help Eaton improve its lithium battery uninterruptible power solutions for enterprise applications, and Eaton will provide energy-efficient products and solutions for the NINGD era intelligent manufacturing project.
The two sides will also jointly develop energy storage solutions for different application scenarios, give full play to the leading edge of CATL's global new energy application solutions and services and Eaton's comprehensive ability to provide digital and intelligent solutions for enterprises, jointly create digital energy storage solutions, and contribute to global energy transformation and sustainable development.
