Although the Japanese army was really hateful at the beginning, but now Sun Bangjun saw that this man was really pitiful, so he moved his heart of compassion, which is also the nature of Chinese, he gave the Japanese wounded soldier two nests, and then the wounded soldier has been following behind him, I am afraid that the soldier also realized that this is his only hope for survival, so he hopes that Sun Bangjun can take him in. Sure enough, Sun Bangjun and his wife were both good people, kind and simple, and seeing that he was pitiful, they took him home, and this shelter was forty-seven years.
But bringing a Japanese back to the village in this way, you can imagine how much the people in the village will react, they have just experienced the war brought by the Japanese, they are deeply persecuted, even if they live a stable life now, they still hate the Japanese, so they scold Sun Bangjun and isolate him. Sun Bangjun could not let the Japanese fend for themselves, and he explained to the villagers that many Japanese soldiers were also forced to participate in the war, they were not willing to fight, and everyone was a victim.
So the villagers reluctantly kept him, and for several years to get along, this Japanese is very responsible, everyone is also at peace, get along harmoniously, the villagers also gave him a nickname, Komono lang, also often brought clothes and food to the Sun family, after the founding of the country, the local government even gave him a hukou.
To say that Sun Bangjun and his wife are also very kind, even if this Japanese brought them a lot of trouble, but they did not go against their hearts, the original Japanese soldier was injured, suffering from hemiplegia, unable to live at all, the husband and wife personally took care of him for eight months, and then his hemiplegia was actually cured, but Sun Bangjun and his wife owed a large amount of foreign debt.
Then famine broke out in Henan, and many people were starved to death, but the Japanese survived by relying on the wild vegetables dug up by the Sun couple. The son of the two of them, Sun Baojie, was admitted to the county school and should have had a good future, but he was not admitted for political reasons, and this political reason naturally came from the Japanese at home. Until Sun Bangjun's death, his last wish was that his son would take good care of the Japanese family, and if he could, help him find his Japanese family.
This Japanese also became a drag on Sun Baojie's life, many girls saw that he still needed to take care of a Japanese, they were unwilling to marry him, until he was in his thirties, someone married him, but there was a Japanese in the family still can not be accepted by ordinary people, after the reform and opening up, they decided to disclose this matter, but also to seek social help.

In June 1998, Japan established the China-Japan Friendship School, which provides a batch of full scholarship students every year, cultivating outstanding talents for Nanyang and promoting friendly exchanges between the two countries.
