2. Next, we add a spoonful of sugar to the egg yolk, stir it with chopsticks, then use the whisk to open it slightly, and then sift in the low gluten flour, there is no low gluten flour at home, you can steam the ordinary flour on the pot for about ten minutes and then add it. After the flour is put in, we use chopsticks to draw a Z and stir the flour and egg yolk solution into a particle-free state. Then add the beaten egg whites twice, stir up and down evenly, taking care not to defoam.

3. Spread a layer of oil paper on the cake mold, pour the cake paste into it, then use a small scraper to scrape the surface of the cake paste flat, and then use your hand to support the baking pan and shake it a few times to slightly shake the bubbles. After the oven is preheated for five minutes, set the oven to heat up and down at 180 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes, and set the time according to the temper of your own oven.

4. When the time comes, don't rush to take out the cake, you can take it out in two or three minutes, so that the cake will not shrink or collapse.
