Before whipping the cake batter, put about 10g of butter in a piping bag and place it in a warm place to soften.

Pour the corn oil and milk into a basin and stir vigorously with a manual single pump to emulsify the oil and water.
Add cake flour, cornstarch and baking powder and continue to stir with egg whisk.

First take 1/3 of the egg white paste into the egg yolk paste, use a silicone spatula along the bowl mural circle, do not put the silicone spatula in the bowl to see the smear, it will defoam.
Stir until almost even.
Pour the egg yolk paste back into the egg white paste and continue to stir in the same technique until well combined. At this point, the cake batter will become very silky, and it will be OK at this point.
Pour the cake batter into the cake paper mold mentioned above at a height of 40 cm, the amount of two cakes mentioned in the text, try to make the liquid level of the two cake batters the same.
Squeeze a small strip of butter in the middle to softened at room temperature in advance.
You can put it in the oven and bake it at 150 degrees for 50 minutes. Do not turn on the oven for the first 35 minutes, so as not to affect the fluffiness of the cake.
An important step: After the cake is baked, it should be cooled upside down, find two relatively tall things, such as tin foil and plastic wrap paper tubes, and jam the two sides of the mold respectively, so that the surface of the cake is naturally downward and vertical. Remember not to put the cake upside down on the table to cool.
