Chen Ma Po's "Mapo Tofu"

Step 1: Preparation of raw materials

250 grams of tofu, 50 grams of pork, 15 grams of chaotian pepper, green onion to taste.

Step 2: Seasoning preparation

Salt, chicken essence, watercress paste, dark soy sauce, paprika, pepper powder, chili oil each appropriate amount

Step 3: Ingredient handling

Wash the tofu and cut into squares.

Wash the pork and cut into foam and set aside.

Wash the green onion and set aside.

Wash the pepper and cut into foam and set aside.

Step 4: Approach

Heat the pan, fill it with oil, sauté the meat foam and minced pepper

Pour in the cooking wine, add the tofu and pour in the appropriate amount of water.

Stir-fry with watercress paste, dark soy sauce, salt and paprika for 2 minutes.

Stir-fry with peppercorns, chicken essence, chopped green onion and chili oil before cooking.
