Cooking steps

11 Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes until the soup is milky white.
12 Remove the lid and remove the foam.
13 Add salt and sugar.
14 Add tofu, bamboo shoot slices and shiitake mushrooms.
15 Turn heat on high, cover and bring to a boil.
16 Remove the lid, add the garlic stalks, add the soy sauce and mix well.
17 Add the garlic sprouts, add the cooked lard and pepper and cook for a while.
18 Turn off the heat and serve in a casserole.
