Ingredients: 1 lotus root, 1 piece of ginger, 3 small peppers, 1 green line pepper.
Seasoning: 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp fresh soy sauce
method:
1 Peel, wash and cut into 3mm thick slices of root; peel, wash and mince the ginger; and strip the small red pepper and green line pepper.
2 Mix vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil with bowl juice.
3 Bring water to a boil in a pot and blanch the lotus slices

2 minutes, fish out, yard plate.
4 Add minced ginger, minced red pepper, minced green line pepper, salt, stir and let stand for 2 minutes.
5 Drizzle with the mixture and mix well.
