According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Reina's ex-wife, Sony Pacheco, has made multiple allegations that he threatened to kill her, once shooting at the ceiling with a gun in his daughter Ava's room. In addition, Pacheco also said that Rayna sucked and left cocaine on the bathroom counter, high enough for her daughter to reach.

Reina recently responded to allegations of drug and alcohol abuse in front of his daughter, and Reyner insisted he had not abused drugs or alcohol. To refute Sonny's allegations, he also underwent 3 months of random drug tests, and the results were all negative.

Rayner even hired a mental health specialist to oversee his meeting with Ava to prove he was sober.

Similarly, the documents refuting the allegations list the timeline of the release of the Rayner film and the history of Sonny's allegations against him. It shows that the ex-wife often attacked during the promotional release of Rayner's film.

Reyner is angry about all this, and her ex-wife repeatedly flaunts herself in front of her friends that she "caught an Avenger" and joked that she wanted to introduce her friends to the Avengers actors so they could "catch an Avenger" too.

After the two broke up and agreed to share custody of the children, Rayner bore the cost of raising the children for $13,000 a month, paying 5 percent of the extra income if the annual income exceeded $2.3 million.

In April 2018, Rayner's salary at Marvel Studios made him a "high-income person" with $11.4 million. As a result, he paid an additional $292,000 in child support.

A new agreement the former couple reached at the time stipulated that Rayner could not pay more than $200,000 annually in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Once any amount exceeding this limit will go into an account to pay for Ava's education. When Ava was 27, the rest of the money in her account would be given to her.

At present, the TMZ side has contacted Jeremy's spokesperson, but has not received a reply.
