illustrate:

Step 1.

Prepare the toppings beforehand and set aside.

Step 2.

Cut the hard center part, cut it off the jackfruit chunks, and discard so you're left with a soft, rounded edge (it's similar to chopped chicken).

Step 3.

In a non-stick pan, fry the onion in coconut oil until fragrant. Add tomato puree, vegetable broth, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, spices, sage and jackfruit to the pot. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until some liquid is reduced. Gently "pulling" the jackfruit with a fork, and it will start chopping like chopped chicken.

Step 4.

Add maple syrup, nutritional yeast and black beans to the pot. If necessary, add more water to the pan to prevent sticking to the pan, then remove from the heat after a few minutes and set aside.

Step 5.

Place the cornflakes on the plate and begin assembling the cornflakes. Top it is topped with tortilla "meat", cheesy cornflak sauce, tomato and mango salsa and avocado. Serve with fresh parsley.
