200 g pork

250 g winter melon, 10 ml oil

Salt 3 g, light soy sauce 5 ml

Cooking wine 5 g sugar 6 g

8 grams of green onion ginger, 10 grams of starch

method:

1. Pork filling with oil, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, green onion and ginger stir in one direction

2. Wash the winter melon
