Date paste muffin

Ingredients: glutinous rice flour, rice flour, red dates 250 grams each, bean paste 150 grams, pork plate oil, cooked lard 50 grams each.

Method:

(1) Wash the red dates, put them in a pot, add water and cook them, remove the skin and kernels, mash them into date paste, and retain the date soup.

Chop the pork plate oil into minced pieces. Put the date paste, bean paste, cooked lard and minced pork plate oil into the basin, mix well with hot date soup, then add glutinous rice flour and rice flour, stir well with force, that is, the cake puree.

(2) Dry a large porcelain bowl, smear a layer of cooked lard on the bowl, then pour in the mixed cake puree, spread it into a thickness of about 2 cm, smooth it with your hands, steam it for 50 minutes on high heat on the drawer, take it out and cut it into diamond-shaped pieces.

To use: Serve as a snack.
