In 1946, an armistice agreement was signed between our Party, the Kuomintang, and the United States, and the Peiping Military Investigation Department was established, but the organization lacked translation talents.
After investigation, Cui Yueli found that Wang Guangmei was a suitable person and passed the note with the news to her hand. At this time, Wang Guangmei has been admitted to two famous universities in the United States, and both are high-energy physics majors, two choices are placed in front of Wang Guangmei, one is his own future, the other is the needs of his home country.
However, when this kind of organization needed it, after a short hesitation, Wang Guangmei resolutely postponed the admission notice of the US side and came to the Military Investigation Department with a note.
With a small note, Wang Guangmei first connected with Qian Junrui, director of the Beiping bureau of xinhua news agencies, and then met with Li Kenong, secretary general of the CPC delegation.
