She is a representative of the outstanding women of our country in the twentieth century, and she is also a great ancestor who devoted herself to the cause of revolution, and her life is quite legendary. Her father, Wang Zhichang, was once the minister of agriculture and commerce in the Beiyang government. Originally a big girl, she is also talented, especially good at science, and was a famous mathematics top student in Beijing Middle School in middle school. Speaking of the reason why Wang Guangmei's ancestors went to yan'an to work, it was because of her patriotic feelings. In 1946, she was preparing to go to a well-known university in the United States to study for a doctorate, but the underground personnel of our party handed her a note saying that in order to reconcile the conflict between our party and the Kuomintang government, the Beiping Military Investigation Department would be established, and she wanted to hire her as an English translator for our party. To tell the truth, this decision was made by comrades in the organization after special consideration, because in previous contacts it was known that Wang Guangmei was a reliable comrade who supported our Party and was familiar with English. But at this time, the American university side also began to urge her to complete the enrollment procedures as soon as possible.

After meeting with comrades who work underground, Wang Guangmei hesitated because she was worried that she would delay her studies. But after careful consideration, she believes that the Chinese Communist Party is a party that truly serves the people and the country, and that she was the Communist Party that took the initiative to contact it, and it is not appropriate to say anything now. So she postponed the date of study, and then took the introduction letter given by the organization and officially became an interpreter for the Chinese communist side of the Military Investigation Department. Later, she moved to Yan'an to work, and after arriving in Yan'an, she met the most important person in her life, that is, Liu Shaoqi.

In the revolutionary years, people-to-people interaction was very pure, and Liu Shaoqi was 23 years older than Wang Guangmei, and he was still carrying children at that time. He was afraid of dragging Wang Guangmei down, so he explained his situation before the exchange, but this further won Wang Guangmei's favor. She felt that the man was honest and down-to-earth, and that age was not an issue, and she was more worried that the two would have differences in their ideological and political work.

So after a frank exchange, the two had a deeper understanding of each other, and their feelings were further advanced, and then they came together naturally and officially married. After marriage, although there were fewer and more because of work, the feelings between the two did not diminish at all, Liu Shaoqi was busy with work outside, she kept her home in order, saving Liu Shaoqi a lot of worries. It can be said that the two are not only husband and wife in life, but also spiritual partners.

Soon in the years of the special period, she was also implicated, arranged for many false charges, and then imprisoned in prison, spending twelve precious years of her life. And when she saw the light of day, her husband had been dead for many years, and the tragic reality was enough to bring down any one person, but not her. After that, she appeared at her husband's memorial service in a strong appearance, and also followed his will to scatter his ashes into the sea. After returning to normal life, she also let go of all kinds of past, and she also took the initiative to untangle the knots in the hearts of the Liu family and the Mao family, and her arrogance also impressed many people.

In 2006, Ms. Wang Guangmei completed her legendary and extraordinary life. At her memorial service, many revolutionary ancestors and their children came, and everyone bid farewell to this excellent revolutionary comrade, this great woman, with great sorrow. There were many touching scenes at this memorial service, among which the arrival of Ms. Liu Xiujie and Mr. Guo Fazeng was the most unexpected and moving. The two of them have played Liu Shaoqi and his wife in film and television works many times, and now that Ms. Wang Guangmei has passed away, they are deeply saddened. They said that it was a great blessing for them to have the honor of playing the two ancestors of Wang Guangmei and Liu Shaoqi, and now that the ancestors have passed away, they will come to give them a ride no matter what.

Because of the similar appearance, many of the elders on the field saw the two of them, and they couldn't help but think of the two ancestors who had passed away, and they sobbed quietly. General Liu Yuan, who had just stabilized his emotions, saw this scene as if he saw his parents, and he couldn't help but burst into tears.
